Taken just this morning from his vacation.

         

While away from his home office, Mark Bisnow can often be found on an adventure in Nepal, Tanzania or the Canyon Ranch.  According to Mark, the hardest part was the altitude and lack of oxygen.  “There wasn’t even enough air to talk for more than 30 seconds– you can’t imagine how hard that was for me to endure.”

As part of Obama’s plan to reduce the national debt by selling off underutilized federal assets, an agreement was recently reached to sell 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue for a record $987/sf.  “We knew it was a high price to ask given the battle the developer will likely endure when rezoning the property to multi-family / mixed use,” said the broker.  “The local ANC can be cantankerous to say the least and we understand the Easter Egg and Christmas Tree folks have hired attorneys.”  The broker also indicated they were confident the developer could appease everyone with a Texas donut and some ground floor retail.  “We want to create a ‘sense of place’ and are already in negotiations with Starbucks, a cupcake store and Menchie’s Yogurt – that will make them happy.”
